TraBusIt was founded in November 2024 by Dr.rer.nat. Leif Eric Hintzsche. He studied Physics at the University of Vienna. During his Ph.D. he worked four years in research and software development. After his Ph.D., he joined Allianz Technology. Allianz is the biggest insurance company in the world and owns one of the most comprehensive CRM and sales systems in world. During his time, he worked on the SaaS backend system for travel insurance and assistance services. Later he joined Cisco Systems,  the biggest networking company in the world, where he worked for about six years. Here he did pre-sales and business development for Cisco's monitoring solutions. As part of the full-stack-observability portfolio, he helped clients to optimize various system and software architectures. In 2024, Leif Eric Hintzsche decided to use his knowledge to help clients in Europe, US and Middle East to expand their businesses. Finally, there is a lack of IT knowledge in the market and a new generation of experts must be found and trained in order to satisfy the growing market demand.
